About the Role:
Join Poolwerx Redlands as a Payroll Processor and play a key role in ensuring our team is compensated accurately and on time. We're looking for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to support our mission of delivering exceptional pool care services.
Note: This position is part time, 2 days per week every 2 weeks
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for all employees in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure proper documentation is collected and stored.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and provide exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management review.
- Assist in the implementation of payroll software updates and enhancements.
- Collaborate with HR to support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Associate’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
